From sterzing (vipiteno) you can drive 18 kilometers the road up to us..

The difference between sterzing and the penser joch is about 963 meters and max. 13% ascending slope.

Most of the street goes through forest, the last part you are riding on straight on (see picture).

From bozen (bolzano) the way is much more longer (about 50 km).
You start on 265 meters and  reach the penser joch on 2211 meters.
